Summary of the Role

Precisify, the leading contextual video and influencer advertising company trusted by some of the world’s top brands, is looking for an outstanding Senior Sales Director based in the NYC market. We are shifting our focus from brand-direct to a high-impact agency model, and we need a candidate with a deep, proven track record of navigating major holding companies.

The successful candidate will manage a strategic portfolio of 4-5 major agencies and several independent agencies, with a primary mandate to scale our presence within Publicis Groupe.

We want someone who understands the nuances of agency investment, planning, and activation teams, and who can translate Precisify’s creative, data-driven solutions into winning media plans. You are a relationship builder who can navigate complex agency structures while maintaining a relentless drive for revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Agency Portfolio Management: Own and grow relationships across a strategic pod of 4–5 major agencies, serving as the primary point of contact for Precisify’s suite of contextual video and influencer solutions.
  • Publicis Stewardship: Act as the internal and external expert on the Publicis network (including Starcom, APEX, PMX Spark Foundry), leveraging existing contacts to accelerate RFPs and preferred partner status.
  • Revenue Generation: Uncover and validate agency-side challenges to inform and demonstrate relevant Precisify solutions across contextual video and influencer campaigns.
  • Strategic Navigation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various levels, including Investment Leads, Planning Directors, and Influencer/Social Activation teams.
  • Narrative Building: Create tailored collateral and sales narratives that align specifically with agency-specific KPIs, such as brand safety, contextual relevance, and creator-led ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Precisify’s ad ops, influencer partnerships, product, and research teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client success.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed quarterly sales goals within your assigned agency pod.

Experience 

  • 4–8 years of successful sales experience specifically focused on selling digital advertising or influencer marketing solutions to major agency holding companies.
  • You must have a deep existing network and a proven track record of successfully winning business within the Publicis Groupe ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem, including the difference between planning and investment and how to navigate the "Big 6" holding company structures.
  • Ability to develop and present compelling pitch decks and proposals that align with sophisticated agency objectives across video and influencer campaigns.
  • Proven ability to connect digital and influencer advertising strategies to the high-level business outcomes required by global agency clients.
  • A documented history of quota achievement and the ability to manage a multi-million dollar pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills are required for high-stakes agency meetings.

Prefered 

  • Deep familiarity with the NYC media landscape and the ability to meet with agency partners in person.
  • Understanding of the online video and influencer advertising ecosystems, with a focus on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, CTV, and AVOD.
  •  Experience selling into verticals such as Entertainment, Teens/Kids, Finance, and Luxury is a plus.
  •  A strong “hustle” mentality with the desire to thrive in a dynamic environment where your agency feedback helps shape our future product roadmap.
