Summary of the Role

Precisify is the leading contextual video platform connecting brands and agencies with audiences across YouTube, in-app gaming, and influencer environments. Our contextual AI powers safer, more effective, and more relevant advertising for the world’s top brands.

We are seeking a highly strategic, client-obsessed Client Partner to fully own and run client relationships, campaign strategy, and revenue growth across key agency and brand accounts. This role is a step above traditional account management—combining end-to-end account ownership, commercial responsibility, and executive-level client partnership.

Client Partners at Precisify independently manage select accounts without a dedicated seller, while also partnering closely with Sales on our most strategic, high-value accounts to drive long-term growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, leadership, and delivering measurable business impact for clients.

Core Responsibilities:

Account Ownership & Client Strategy

  • Fully own and run assigned accounts end-to-end, including strategy, execution, performance, and growth—with or without a dedicated seller
  • Serve as the senior, trusted day-to-day partner for agency teams and brand stakeholders
  • Lead client strategy conversations, education sessions, and executive-level presentations
  • Deeply understand client business objectives and translate them into insight-led media strategies
  • Independently identify and drive upsell, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Craft market-leading proposals that are integrated, smart and perfectly fit the client or agency brief. This will require you to be the linchpin between our teams of account management, ad operations, marketing, insights  and sales. 

  • Be confident and capable in pitching both proactive and reactive responses

Strategic Partnership with Sales

  • Partner with Sales on our most strategic and complex accounts to support growth and retention
  • Contribute to account planning, QBRs, renewals, and expansion strategies
  • Act as a senior voice in client conversations, helping shape long-term partnerships and deal strategy

Campaign Leadership & Execution

  • Lead onboarding and kickoff calls, defining goals, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Oversee campaign setup, QA, pacing, and optimization in partnership with Ad Ops
  • Ensure flawless execution, proactive communication, and issue resolution throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Anticipate risks and performance challenges before they impact results

Insights, Performance & Growth

  • Deliver clear, strategic performance reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Present final wrap reports with results, learnings, and forward-looking opportunities
  • Use data and insights to influence renewals, expansions, and long-term client investment

Internal Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Ad Ops, Data Science, Product, and Creative teams
  • Advocate for client needs internally and influence product and process improvements
  • Help set best practices and raise the bar for account management across the team
  • Informally mentor junior Account Managers through example and collaboration

Client Engagement & Presence

  • Represent Precisify in senior-level client meetings, agency QBRs, and industry events

Experience 

  • 6–8+ years of digital media, ad tech, or platform account management experience
  • Proven ability to own and grow accounts independently, including commercial responsibility
  • Strong understanding of YouTube, Google Ads, and video buying ecosystems
  • Experience working with agencies and senior brand stakeholders
  • Confident, polished presenter who can translate data into executive-level insights
  • Strategic mindset with strong business and revenue acumen
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating without day-to-day oversight
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
